Enhanced Shared Parental Leave<\/h3>\n<p>To create a more supportive environment for families, starting from <strong>April 1, 2025<\/strong> and in phases, parents of newborns will ultimately receive an<strong> additional 10 weeks of shared parental leave<\/strong>.
